This Bulletin is the informal publication of the IEEE Computer Society
Technical Committee on Multiple-Valued Logic. News, abstracts, summaries,
short articles, letters and reports should be sent to the editor. All appropriate
items will appear in the Bulletin, although editing may be necessary to
meet space constraints, reports and articles that appear herein are not
refereed unless otherwise states.
