Special Issue to Recognize T. Higuchi's
Contributions to
Multiple-Valued VLSI Computing

A special issue on multiple-valued VLSI computing will be published in 2004 to recognize T. Higuchi's extensive and distinguished contributions to multiple-valued logic. Contributions on all aspects of MVL, especially MVL VLSI computing and applications are encouraged.
